Rice Puttu Ari Puttu Ingredients:
(1) Roasted rice flour – 250 grams
(2) Grated coconut – ½ cup
(3) Sugar – 1 tea spoon
(4) Salt – as required
(5) Water – as required
Procedure for preparation Rice Puttu Ari Puttu
Mix the rice flour with salt and sugar and make it wet with water without
lumps. Add grated coconut and stir well. Keep the mixture in a bowl or
in pyrex dish, close the vessel and cook for 10 minutes at 500 Watts.
