Rice – Mussels Fry Ari Kadukka Ingredients:
(1) Mussels – 20 numbers
(2) Raw rice flour – 1 kg
(3) Grated coconut – ½ of a coconut
Fennel – 1 tea spoon
Onion – 10
Green chilly – 4
(4) Chilly Powder – 2 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Salt – adjust to taste
(5) Oil – as required
Procedure for preparation Rice – Mussels Fry Ari Kadukka
Roast the rice flour. Mix the rice flour with salted boiled water. Grind
the ingredients under (3) together and mix with the rice flour mix. Wash
the Mussel, tear it half and fill with the rice flour mix. Cook that in
steam and take out. Remove the outer shell. Mix ingredients under (4)
together and make it a thick liquid. Dip the cooked Mussels in that and
then fry them in boiling oil and take out.
