Raw Mango Kichady Pacha Manga Kichady Ingredients:
(1) Raw Mango – 1
(2) Curd (without sour taste) – ¼ liter
(3) Grated coconut – ¼ of a coconut
(4) Green chilly – 4
(5) Oil – 1 table spoon
(6) Mustard seeds – 1 tea spoon
(7) Red chilly – 2
(8) Salt – adjust to taste
(9) Cumin seed – ¼ tea spoon
(10) Fenugreek – ¼ tea spoon
Procedure for cooking Raw Mango Kichady Pacha Manga Kichady
Remove skin of mango and chop into very small pieces. Add sufficient water
and salt and boil. Grate coconut, cumin seeds and green chilly together
and mix with the mango. On boiling, pour curd and remove from the stove.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds to splutter. Roast fenugreek,
pieces of red chilly and curry leaves in the oil and add them into the
kichady and stir.
