Potato Roast Urula Kizhangu Roast Ingredients:
(1) Potato – 500 grams
(2) Chilly powder – 2 tea spoon
(3) Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon
(4) Coriander seed powder – 2 tea spoon
(5) Cumin seed powder – 1 tea spoon
(5) Garlic – 5 pellets
(6) Tomato – 1
(7) Curd – ¼ cup
(8) Salt, oil – as required
(9) Ginger – one small piece
Procedure for cooking Potato Roast Urula Kizhangu Roast
Chop the potato into pieces and half cook. Grind ginger and garlic. Heat
oil in a pan and roast the potato in that. Grind all remaining masalas
and heat them. Then add tomato and curd and continue to heat till oil
becomes translucent. Finally boil with salt and water and when the liquid
part becomes thick, stop heating, take out and serve.
