Poori Masala South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Poori Masala Ingredients:
(1) Potato = 250 grams
(2) Big onion – 200 grams
(3) Green chilly – 2
(4) Ginger – 1 piece
(5) Carrot – 1 (chopped)
(6) Cooked green peas – 50 grams
(7) Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon
(8) Oil – ¼ tea spoon
(9) Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure for cooking Poori Masala
Wash the potato and cook for 6 minutes in microwave. On cooling, remove
the skin and crush. Roast carrot and big onion for 7 minutes in crisp
and add ginger, green chilly and green peas and roast again for 2 minutes
in crisp. Then take that out and mix with the cooked potato and salt.
Mix thoroughly. This can be served as side dish for poori, chappathi and
masal dosa. The quantity will be sufficient for 3 persons.
