Pineapple Sooflay South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Pineapple Sooflay Ingredients:
(1) Pineapple chopped into tiny pieces – 1 ½ cup
(2) Powdered sugar – ¾ cup
(3) Bread crumbs – 1 ½ cup
(4) Egg – 3
(5) Butter – ½ cup
Procedure for cooking Pineapple Sooflay
Make a fine mixture of butter and powdered sugar. Add yellow part of egg
and mix well. Then add pineapple pieces followed by bread crumbs. Mix
whipped white part of the egg. Now transfer the contents to a vessel which
is already wiped with ghee. Bake at 180 degrees and allow it to cool.
Serve with creamo custard.
