Pappaya Jam Ingredients:
(1) Papaya – 1
(2) Sugar – ½ kg
(3) Lemon juice – 1 ½ tea spoon
Procedure for cooking Pappaya Jam
Remove the skin and seeds from the Papaya fruit, cut into small pieces
and add into water kept in a vessel and boil. When it is cooked and becomes
a thick liquid, filter, add sugar and lemon juice. Boil it again in a
heavy pan and when it attains one thread consistency, stop heating, take
out of the stove and while hot transfer into jars.
