Papaya Pachadi South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Papaya Pachadi Ingredients:
(1) Papaya – 250 grams
(2) Green chilly – 3
(3) Coconut – ½ of a Coconut
(4) Salt – Adjust to taste
(5) Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
(6) Turmeric powder- ½ tea spoon
(7) Cumin seed – ¼ tea spoon
(8) Coconut oil – 1 table spoon
(9) Mustard seeds – 1 tea spoon
(10) Red chilly – 3
(11) Curry leaves – a little
Procedure for cooking Papaya Pachadi
Remove skin and seeds of Papaya and chop into small pieces. Cook that
along with water, small round pieces of green chilly and salt. Add grated
coconut, chilly powder, turmeric powder and cumin seeds and boil. Then
stop heating and take it from stove,
Heat oil separately, add mustard seeds to splutter, add pieces of red
chilly and curry leaves and roast them. Then pour that into the papaya
pachadi and stir well.
