Papaya Chutney South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Papaya Chutney Ingredients:
(1) Papaya – 1 kg
(2) Chilly powder – 2 tea spoon
(3) Sugar – 100 grams
(4) Vinegar – 4 tea spoon
(5) Ginger – 2 pieces
(6) Garlic – 6 pellets
(7) Lemon – 1
(8) Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure for cooking Papaya Chutney
Cut papaya into small pieces, put them in water and boil. Add sugar, smashed
ginger, smashed garlic and chilly powder, stir and boil again. When it
becomes thick add vinegar and salt. Pour a little lemon juice, stop heating
and take out of the stove.
