Procedure for cooking Paneer Loly Pop
Take the paneer and make a thick paste of that. Chop ginger, garlic, coriander
leaves, Green chilly and big onion into small pieces. Remove the skin
of potato and smash that. Add the chopped ingredients, white pepper powder,
aginomoto, soya sauce, cone starch and smashed potato into the paneer
and stir thoroughly. Divide that mixture into 16 equal parts and make
16 balls with that. Fix the ball at the thick part of the baby cone. The
balls must be fixed firmly. Prepare loly mix for frying the balls by making
a mixture of refined flour in water.
Heat oil in a wok, dip the balls in the loly mix and fry in the oil for
3 to 4 minutes so that color of ball will be golden brown. Keep a medium
flame for frying. Then take the balls out, blot the oil out and serve
with special sauce.
Note: Ice cream stick can be used instead of baby corn.
