Palak Dhal Curry Palak Parippu Curry Ingredients:
(1) Green gram Dhal – 150 grams
(2) Palak leaves – 250 grams
(3) Small onions – 25 grams
(4) Red chilly – 4 (cut)
(5) Mustard seed, curry leaves, salt – as required
(6) Oil – 1 tea spoon
Procedure for preparation Palak Dhal Curry Palak Parippu Curry
Soak the dhal for one hour in slightly hot water and then cook for 15
minutes in microwave. Add oil and mustard seeds in another pyrex dish
and heat in crisp for one minute. Add all other ingredient also and again
heat in crisp for 2 minutes. Then transfer the cooked dhal into that,
pour sufficient water and cook for minutes in microwave.
