Orange Cream Pudding South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Orange Cream Pudding Ingredients:
(1) Orange juice – ¼ cup
Orange rind ground in mixer – ¼ tea spoon
(2) Egg – 2
(3) Boiled milk – 2 cup
(4) Butter – 1 tea spoon
Maida – 2 tea spoon
(5) Sugar – 5 tea spoon
Procedure for cooking Orange Cream Pudding
Take butter and maida in a pan and heat slowly. Mix half of the orange
rind paste in orange juice and filter. Add that into the above heated
mixture. Whip the egg and add milk into that little by little. Add sugar
and orange rind paste into the whipped egg. Now, mix all the above items
together and keep the vessel in water kept in a bigger vessel. Close both
the vessels with lids. Heat it to cook the pudding. Then take out the
inner vessel, chill the pudding and serve.
