Onion Soup Ulli Soup Ingredients:
(1) Meat with bones – ¼ kg
(2) Salt – adjust to taste
(3) Vinegar – ½ tea spoon
(4) Water – 4 cup
(5) Big onion cut into long pieces – 1 cup
(6) Maida – 50 grams
(7) Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
Procedure for cooking Onion Soup Ulli Soup
Wash the meat pieces and cook them after adding water, vinegar and salt.
After cooking, filter it by passing through a sieve in which the holes
are bigger. Heat butter in a vessel and roast pieces of big onion in that.
Add maida and the filtered liquid into that and boil. Mix pepper powder
while boiling. Then take out and serve hot.
