Mushroom Biriyani South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Mushroom Biriyani Ingredients:
(1) Biriyani rice – 2 cup
(2) Button mushroom – ½ kg
(3) Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
(4) Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
(5) Big onion – 4
(6) Fennel powder – 1 tea spoon
(7) Ginger, garlic paste – ½ table spoon
(8) Salt – adjust to taste
(9) Chopped coriander leaves – ½ cup
(10) Tomato sauce – 2 table spoon
(11) Cashew nuts – 12 Nos.
(12) Dry grapes – 20
(13) Ghee – 2 table spoon
Procedure for cooking Mushroom Biriyani
Wash the mushroom, chop it into long pieces, and keep for drying. Add
salt, pepper powder, turmeric powder and fennel powder and cook for 5
minutes.
Add 2 table spoons of ghee into a vessel and heat the pieces of big onion
in that. Add ginger and garlic also and heat that. Drop the cooked mushroom
into that, stir well and keep aside.
Wash the rice and cook that. Add the mushroom and tomato sauce into that,
stir well, close the vessel with a lid and heat over a low flame. Roast
cashew nut and dry grapes in the remaining ghee. Decorate the biriyani
with cashew nut, dry grapes and coriander leaves and serve.
