Mixed Vegetable Pickle South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Mixed Vegetable Pickle Ingredients:
(1) Carrot – 5
(2) Amla – 10
(3) Kidney Beans – 10
(4) Garlic – 15 pellets
(5) Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
(6) Chilly powder – 2 table spoon
(7) Gingili oil – 100 ml
(8) Vinegar – 100 ml
(9) Asafoetida powder – 1 pinch
(10) Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure for cooking Mixed Vegetable Pickle
Heat oil in a vessel and add the vegetables into that. Heat that and add
chilly powder, turmeric powder and vinegar. Heat a little gingili oil
separately and add I pinch of asafoetida in that. Add that also into the
vessel. Stir well, take from the stove and keep for cooling. After cooling,
store in air tight jars.
