Milk Pudding Paal Pudding Ingredients:
(1) Maida – ¼ cup
(2) Egg – 4
(3) Milk – 2 cup
(4) Sugar – 3 table spoon
(5) Nutmeg powder – ½ tea spoon
Procedure for cooking Milk Pudding Paal Pudding
Whip the egg. Add maida and sugar into that little by little while stirring
so as to prevent formation of lumps. Add nutmeg powder also. Pour boiled
milk and agitate to create foam. Transfer the contents into another vessel
already wiped with ghee. Then keep that vessel in water kept in a bigger
vessel. Close both the vessels and heat the outer vessel and do steam
cooking. When the pudding is cooked, take that out, allow to cool.
