Methi Aloo Ingredients:
(1) Potato (big) = 2 (cooked)
(2) Kasoori Methi (dried fenugreek leaves) – 2 table spoon
(3) Green chilly – 2, 3(chopped)
(4) Ginger – 1 table spoon
(5) Chilly powder – ¼ tea spoon
(6) Coriander seed powder – ½ tea spoon
(7) Garam masala – ¼ tea spoon
(8) Salt – adjust to taste
(9) Ghee – 2 table spoon
Procedure for cooking Methi Aloo
Heat the ghee in a pan. Roast ginger and green chilly in that. Then add
all masala items and potato. Stir well and heat for 2 – 3 minutes.
Add dry fenugreek leaves into that and again heat for 2 minutes. Stop
heating and take it out. Serve this as side dish for paratha.
