Masala Idly Ingredients:
(1) Idly made into pieces – 1 cup (5 idlies)
(2) Tomato cut into pieces – 250 grams
(3) Fenu greek powder – ½ tea spoon
(4) Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
(5) Sugar – 1 tea spoon
(6) Sambar powder – 2 tea spoon
(7) Oil – 1 tea spoon
(8) Coriander leaves – a little
(9) Salt – to taste
Procedure for cooking Masala Idly
Pour oil in the pyrex dish and roast tomato, salt and sugar in that for
4 minutes in crisp. Take them out, crush and add remaining ingredients
and hat in crisp for one more minute. Take out, ad coriander leaves and
idly pieces, stir well so as to mix thoroughly and then serve.
