Ingredients:
(1) Maida – 250 grams
(2) Grated coconut – 1 cup
(3) Sugar – 1 tea spoon
(4) Salt – as required
(5) Water – as required
Procedure for cooking Maida Appam
Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly, spread the mixture like a
big vada with wet hand, keep that in the tawa and cook for 5 minutes in
microwave. The ingredients are sufficient to make 2 appams.
