Ladies Finger Pachadi Vendakka Pachadi Ingredients:
(1) Ladies finger – 250 grams
(2) Coconut – half of a Coconut
(3) Green chilly – 5
(4) Salt – adjust to taste
(5) Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
(6) Tamarind – a little
(7) Coconut oil – 1 table spoon
(8) Mustard seeds – 1 tea spoon
(9) Red chilly – 3
(10) Curry leaves – a little
Procedure for cooking Ladies Finger Pachadi Vendakka Pachadi
Wash the ladies finger and cut into small pieces. Mix salt, turmeric powder
and tamarind juice and stir. Boil the mixture. Grind grated coconut and
green chilly together, mix in water and add that mixture over the ladies
finger. Finally splutter mustard seeds in heated oil and pour that into
the pachadi. Stop heating, take out and serve.
