Kozhukkatta Ingredients:
(1) Roasted rice flour – 1 ½ cup
(2) Grated coconut – ½ cup
(3) Sugar – ¼ cup
(4) Elachi, cumin seed powder – 1 tea spoon
(5) Boiled water – as required
(6) Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure for cooking Kozhukkatta
Add boiled water into the rice flour, mix thoroughly and make medium sized
balls with the paste. Make a pit at the center of the ball and fill that
with coconut, sugar. elachi, cumin seed mixture and close the pit. Spread
the balls in Pyrex dish and cook for 10 minutes in microwave.
