Keraleeya Pudding South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Keraleeya Pudding Ingredients:
(1) Tender coconut – 1
(2) Condensed milk – 1 tin
(3) Coconut water – 1 cup
(4) China grass – 10 grams
(5) Grated coconut – ½ cup
(6) Cherry – 50 grams
(7) Sugar – 6 table spoon
Procedure for cooking Keraleeya Pudding
Scrap the tender coconut with a spoon and keep that in a dish. Cut china
grass into small pieces. Add 2 spoons sugar into the condensed milk and
stir well. Pour coconut water into china grass and heat till it melts.
Now pour the condensed milk into the china grass. When it becomes a little
cold, keep in the fridge to get chilled. Decorate the pudding with cherry
and grated coconut. Roast the grated coconut till it becomes brown color.
Mix the roasted coconut with 4 spoons sugar and sprinkle over the pudding.
Cherry can be arranged like flowers.
