Jack Fruit Wafer Chakka Vattal Ingredients:
(1) Raw jack fruit slices chopped into ¼ inch thick pieces –
200 grams
(2) Oil – 1 tea spoon
(3) Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure for cooking Jack Fruit Wafer Chakka Vattal
Pour oil over the jack fruit piece and mix well. Spread them on tawa and
fry for 10 minutes in crisp method. Stir every three minutes. Take out,
sprinkle salt and stir well.
