Indigenous Chicken Roast Naadan Kozhi Roast South Indian,Kerala ,tamil

Ingredients:
(1) Chicken cut into pieces – 1 kg
(2) Salt – adjust to taste
(3) Onion – 250 grams
(4) Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon
Fennel – 2 tea spoon
Chilly powder – 2 tea spoon
Clove – 4
Pepper – 1 table spoon
Cinnamon – 4
Coconut Oil – as required
Procedure for cooking Indigenous Chicken Roast Naadan Kozhi Roast
Grind half of the onion and all ingredients under (4) together and apply
the paste on the chicken pieces. Then cook the chicken pieces with the
remaining onion, salt and water. After cooking, separate the liquid part
and keep that aside. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces and
onion in that. Pour the liquid part separated earlier over the fried chicken.
Mix well and serve.
