Grapes Pickle Mundiri Achar South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Grapes Pickle Mundiri Achar Ingredients:
(1) Dry grapes – ¼ kg
(2) Lemon – 4, 5
(3) Vinegar – ¾ cup
(4) Chilly powder – 1 cup
(5) Garlic – 15 pellets
(6) Sugar – 3 tea spoons
(7) Fenugreek powder – 1 table spoon
(8) Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure for cooking Grapes Pickle Mundiri Achar
Wash the grapes and dry. Squeeze lemon juice and add salt, chilly powder
and vinegar. Then boil that. On cooling, add grapes, garlic and fenugreek
powder. In case it is too sour, add sugar and rectify that. In case the
quantity of juice is not sufficient, boiled cooled water may be added
to make up.
