Ginger Pachadi Inji Pachadi Ingredients:
(1) Ginger – 1 big piece
(2) Green chilly – 3
(3) Curd – ½ cup
(4) Grated coconut – ¼ cup
Cumin seed – ¼ tea spoon
(5) Oil – 1 table spoon
Mustard seeds – ¼ tea spoon
Red chilly – 2
Curry leaves – a little
(6) Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure for cooking Ginger Pachadi Inji Pachadi
Chop ginger and green chilly into small pieces and roast them in coconut
oil. Then add water and salt, heat till it is dry. Grind coconut and cumin
seed, add to the ginger and boil. Pour curd and take from the stove. Heat
oil, splutter mustard seeds, roast curry leaves in that and add that to
the ginger and stir well.
