Ginger Chutney Inji Chutney Ingredients:
(1) Ginger – 1 piece (medium size)
(2) Grated coconut – ½ cup
(3) Green chilly – 4
(4) Onion – 10
(5) Tamarind – size of an Amla fruit
(6) Curry leaves – a little
(7) Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure for cooking Ginger Chutney Inji Chutney
Grind pieces of ginger, grated coconut and all other ingredients together.
Collect that paste in a small vessel and use it as chutney.
