Garlic Pickle Veluthulli Achar South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles
Garlic Pickle Veluthulli Achar Ingredients:
(1) Garlic – 250 grams
(2) Green chilly – 10 Nos.
(3) Ginger – as required
(4) Mustard seeds – ½ tea spoon
(5) Fenugreek – ½ tea spoon
(6) Salt – adjust to taste
(7) Coconut oil – 50 grams
Procedure for cooking Garlic Pickle Veluthulli Achar
Remove skin of garlic, keep in passing steam and take out. Heat oil in
a pan and add fenugreek and mustard seeds. At the moment of splutter,
add chopped pieces of ginger and roast that. Now add garlic, vertically
torn green chilly, salt and a little water and then boil the mixture.
When it boils, stop heating and take from the stove. On cooling, transfer
into jar and keep the jar closed.
