Fruit Pudding South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Fruit Pudding Ingredients:
(1) Mango pulp – 1 cup
(2) Plantain fruit pulp = 1 cup
(3) Yellow full color – 2 drops
(4) Cream – 2 cup
(5) Powdered sugar – ½ cup
(6) Milk – 2 table spoon
(7) Gelatin – 1 table spoon
(8) Salt – ¼ tea spoon
(9) Cherry, Pista – to decorate
Procedure for cooking Fruit Pudding
Mix the cream with milk, sugar and salt. Agitate the mixture and whip
it. Put the gelatin in 2 spoons of water and melt that by holding it above
boiling water. Then mix it with the fruit pulp and then fold the same
into the whipped cream. Transfer the contents into another vessel wiped
with butter. Keep that in the fridge to solidify the pudding. Finally
transfer it into another vessel and decorate with cherry and pista.
