Egg Roast Ingredients:
(1) Egg – 3
(2) Onion – 8
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
Salt – adjust to taste
(3) Coconut oil – 2 table spoon
Procedure for cooking Egg Roast
Cook the egg and remove the outer shell. Grind the ingredients under (2)
together. Cut the cooked egg vertically into 2 pieces, apply the paste
on the pieces, fry them in coconut oil and take out, serve.
