Drumstick Leaves Pachadi Muringayila Pachadi Ingredients:
(1) Drumstick leaves – 2 cup
(2) Green chilly – 5
(3) Curd – 1 cup
(4) Ginger – 1 small piece
(5) Salt – adjust to taste
(6) Oil – 1 table spoon
(7) Mustard seed – ½ tea spoon
(8) Red chilly - 2
Procedure for cooking Drumstick Leaves Pachadi Muringayila Pachadi
Cook the drumstick leaves, green chilly pieces and ginger pieces in the
steamer of a cooker. Break the curd and keep that aside. Heat oil and
add mustard seeds to splutter. Add 2 red chilly and the items cooked in
the steamer. Finally add curd and salt and stir well. Heat for a few minutes
and then take from the stove and serve.
