Daba Chicken South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Daba Chicken Ingredients:
(1) Chicken (chopped into small pieces) – 500 grams
(2) Minced meat – 250 grams
(3) Big onion chopped into small pieces – 3
(4) Tomato – 4
(5) Ginger – 2 pieces
(6) Green chilly – 2
(7) Bay leaves – 3 or 4 Nos.
(8) Cinnamon – 1 stick
(9) Garlic – 4 pellets
(10) Clove – 4
(11) Elachi (raw) – 4
(12) Garam masala – 1 tea spoon
(13) Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
(14) Chilly powder – ½ tea spoon
(15) Coriander seed powder – 1 tea spoon
(16) Salt – as required
(17) Oil – 2, 3 table spoon
Procedure for cooking Daba Chicken
Wash the chicken and the chopped meat. Heat oil in a pan and roast ginger,
garlic and big onion until the color becomes brown. Add all masala items,
chicken pieces and meat into this and heat till the color changes to brown.
Then add tomato and continue heating until water is completely dried and
the oil becomes clear. Add sufficient quantity of water. Sprinkle curry
masala and coriander leaves and serve hot.
