Custard South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
(1) Egg – 3
(2) Milk – 2 ¼ cup
(3) Sugar – ½ cup
(4) Vanilla essence – ¼ tea spoon
Procedure for cooking Custard
Add sugar in milk and heat the solution. Whip the yellow part of egg first.
Then whip the white part and mix both together. Add the hot milk into
the whipped egg little by little while stirring. Keep this vessel in water
kept in a bigger vessel. Heat water in the outer vessel and prepare the
custard by continued stirring. When the custard becomes sticky add essence.
Reduce the flame and slowly bake it.
