Cucumber Pachadi Vellarikka Pachadi Ingredients:
(1) Cucumber – 250 grams
(2) Grated coconut – 1 cup
(3) Green chilly – 5
(4) Salt – adjust to taste
(5) Coconut oil – 1 table spoon
(6) Mustard seeds – ½ tea spoon
(7) Curry leaves – a little
(8) Onion – 2 pellets
Procedure for cooking Cucumber Pachadi Vellarikka Pachadi
Remove the skin of cucumber and cut into small pieces. Take the cucumber
pieces, small round pieces of green chilly and water in a vessel and boil
that. Grind coconut and onion together. Smash mustard seeds and curry
leaves. Mix the coconut onion paste, smashed mustard seeds and curry leaves
in water and pour that mixture over the cooked cucumber pieces and stir
well. Heat for a few minutes and take from the stove. Roast a little mustard
seeds and add that in the pachadi.
