Crab Roast South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Crab Roast Ingredients:
(1) Crab – 500 grams
(2) Big onion – 1
(3) Tomato – 1
(4) Chilly powder – 3 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Salt – adjust to taste
(5) Grated coconut – 1 cup
Green chilly – 5
(6) Garlic – 5 pellets
(7) Ginger – 1 big piece
(8) Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
(9) Coconut oil – 5 table spoon
Mustard seeds – ½ tea spoon
Curry leaves – a little
(10) Coriander seed powder – 1 tea spoon
Procedure for cooking Crab Roast
Wash the crab and cut into pieces. Mix with ingredients under (4) and
fry in oil. Grind coconut and green chilly together. Heat oil in a pan
and add mustard seeds into it to splutter. Add chopped pieces of ginger
and big onion, smashed garlic and curry leaves into that and heat. Add
coriander seed powder also. Then add pieces of tomato, pieces of crab
and coconut – chilly paste. Cook the mixture. When it is cooked,
add pepper powder, take it out and serve.
