Coffee Pudding Ingredients:
(1) Nescafe – 1 tea spoon
(2) Milk – 3 cups
(3) Sugar – 500 grams
(4) Egg – 4
Procedure for cooking Coffee Pudding
Whip the egg, add sugar into that and stir. Boil the milk and add Nescafe
in one cup of milk. Then add the whipped egg and the remaining milk into
that and stir. Transfer the contents to a vessel which is already wiped
with ghee and keep that vessel in water kept in a bigger vessel. Heat
the outer vessel to boil the water. When the contents are cooked, stop
heating and take that out.
