Coconut Chutney Thenga Chutney Ingredients:
(1) Coconut – half of a coconut
(2) Coconut oil – 2 table spoon
(3) Onion pieces – 2 table spoon
(4) Red chilly – 4
(5) Mustard seeds – ½ tea spoon
(6) Curry leaves – a little
(7) Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure for cooking Coconut Chutney Thenga Chutney
Grind grated coconut, pieces of onion and red chilly together. Roast mustard
seeds in a pan and add the coconut paste, salt and water into that and
stir well. Add curry leaves also and boil. Then keep for cooling.
