Christmas Pudding South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Christmas Pudding Ingredients:
(1) Plum Cake – ½ kg
(2) Condensed milk – 1 tin
Powdered cinnamon – 1 pinch
Egg – 4
Vanilla essence – 2 drops
(3) Jam – 2 tea spoon
Water – 5 tea spoon
Corn flour – ½ tea spoon
Procedure for cooking Christmas Pudding
Crush the plum cake into small pieces. Collect the cake pieces in a vessel
in which oil is applied already. Mix ingredients under (2) together and
whip the mixture. Pour this mixture over the cake pieces. Finally bake
the pudding in microwave oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees F.
