Chocolate Pudding South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Chocolate Pudding Ingredients:
(1) Coco – 2 spoons
(2) Nescafe – ½ tea spoon
(3) Milk – 2 cup
(4) Sugar – 5 tea spoons
(5) Egg – 3
(6) Vanilla – ½ tea spoon
Procedure for cooking Chocolate Pudding
Dissolve coco and coffee powder in milk without lumps. Add sugar, heat
to boil. Continue boiling and make the mixture thick. When it is thickened,
take out and keep for cooling. Then add whipped egg and vanilla essence.
Transfer the mixture into another vessel, already wiped with oil inside.
Close the vessel with a lid and keep that in water kept in a bigger vessel.
Close the outer vessel also with a lid and heat it. When the pudding in
the inner vessel is cooked well stop heating, take the pudding out, keep
for cooling and then serve.
