Chocolate Ice Cream South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Chocolate Ice Cream Ingredients:
(1) Milk – 7 cups
(2) Coco – ½ cup
(3) Sugar – 2 cups
(4) Butter – ¼ cup
(5) Elachi powder – 1 tea spoon
(6) Vanilla essence – 1 tea spoon
(7) Cashew Nut – ½ cup
Procedure for cooking Chocolate Ice Cream
Roast and grind coco, sugar and cashew nut and mix them in slightly hot
milk. Heat the mixture and make it thick. When it is becoming thick, add
sugar and elachi powder and take out of the stove. Now add vanilla essence
and keep it for chilling. When it is set, transfer into small cups and
serve.
