Chilly Roast Mulagu Roast Ingredients:
(1) Thondan variety of chilly - 5
(2) Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
(3) Salt, oil – as required
Procedure for cooking Chilly Roast Mulagu Roast
Tear the chilly and keep immersed in salty water. Take them out after
30 minutes. Apply turmeric powder on the chilly and then fry that in oil
and take out.
