Chicken Roast Ingredients:
(1) Chicken cut into pieces – 1 kg
(2) Chopped big onion – 500 grams
(3) Chopped tomato – 500 grams
(4) Chilly powder – 1 table spoon
(5) Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
(6) Water – 2 cups
(7) Salt – adjust to taste
(8) Pepper powder – 1 table spoon
(9) Refined ground nut oil – 1 cup
Procedure for cooking Chicken Roast
Mix chicken pieces with onion and water. Boil the mixture and when water
is completely dried, add salt and pepper powder and stir well. Then add
tomato, chilly powder and turmeric powder and heat. Pour oil into a pan
and heat that. Fry the chicken pieces in that and take out.
