Chicken Manchurian South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Chicken Manchurian Ingredients:
(1) Chicken (without bone) – 400 grams
(2) Egg – 1
(3) Corn Starch – 6 table spoon
(4) Salt – adjust to taste
(5) Soya sauce – 2 table spoon
(6) Onion – 1
(7) Garlic – 8, 10 pellets
(8) Ginger – 2 pieces
(9) Capsicum – 1
(10) Green chilly – 3, 4
(11) Spring onion green – 2
(12) Oil – 4 table spoon
(13) Aginomoto – ¼ tea spoon
(14) Chicken stock – 2 cup
Procedure for cooking Chicken Manchurian
Cut the washed chicken into pieces with length of a finger. Add egg, 4
table spoons of corn starch, Salt, and 1 table spoon soya sauce into the
chicken pieces, stir well and keep aside for 30 minutes in order to marinate.
Cut the big onion into long pieces and ginger and garlic into small pieces.
Remove the seeds of capsicum and cut into long pieces. Mix 2 tea spoon
corn starch in 1 cup of water and stir. Add oil into the wok and deep
fry the marinated chicken pieces for 2 to 3 minutes and wipe them. Add
oil into another wok and fry the garlic and ginger in that. Add big onion
and green chilly also into that. Then add 1 tea spoon soya sauce, aginomoto,
chicken stock and salt and boil. Pour the corn starch solution and keep
on stirring till it becomes thick. Finally add the fried chicken pieces
and capsicum and keep for some time. Decorate with green part of spring
onion and serve hot.
