Chicken Fry (Indigenous) [Chicken Fry – Naadan]
Ingredients:
(1) Chicken cut into pieces of 2 inches length – 250 grams
(2) Chicken masala – 1 tea spoon
(3) Chilly powder – 2 tea spoon
(4) Garlic paste – 1 tea spoon
(5) Salt – as required
(6) Big onion – 1 (chopped)
Procedure for cooking Chicken Fry – Naadan
Mix all ingredients together and spread on s pyrex dish or on a tawa and
cook for 10 minutes either in crisp method or in combination method. Flip
the pieces after 7 minutes while cooking. If it is to be roasted more,
cook in crisp for 5 more minutes.
