Chicken Bread Kabab South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Chicken Bread Kabab Ingredients:
(1) Medium size potato – 1 (cooked and smashed)
Cooked minced chicken – 100 grams
Medium size bread pieces – 4
Pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
Chicken cube – 1 (powdered)
Salt – as required
(2) Maida – 50 grams
Egg – 1
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Salt – as required
(3) Capsicum – 1 (chopped into thin pieces)
(4) Big onion – 1 (chopped into thin pieces)
(5) Oil – 1 tea spoon
Procedure for preparation Chicken Bread Kabab
Cook the potato for 3 minutes in microwave, peel off the skin and smash.
Roast the big onion for three minutes in combination. Then mix the onion
with capsicum and turmeric powder, stir the mixture and again roast for
4 minutes. To this mixture add the ingredients under (1), stir well and
mix thoroughly. Mould the kabab in oval shape with this mixture and keep
them aside.
Mix the ingredients under (2) together, add a little water and make it
a loose paste just like dosa mix. Dip the kabab one by one in this mixture
and spread them on a tawa without touching each other. Pour ½ tea
spoon oil over each kabab. Fry them for 5 minutes in crisp. Flip the kabab
after 3 minutes while frying.
