Carrot Beat Root Stir Fry Carrot Beat Root Thoran Ingredients:
(1) Grated carrot – 150 grams
(2) Grated Beat root – 100 grams
(3) Grated coconut – 25 grams
(4) Small onion – 3
(5) Green chilly – 3
(6) Cumin seed – ¼ tea spoon
(7) Garlic – 2 pellets
(8) Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
(9) Oil – 1 tea spoon
(10) Mustard seeds – ½ tea spoon
(11) Red chilly – 2
(12) Curry leaves – a little
(13) Salt – to taste
Procedure for cooking Carrot Beat Root Stir Fry Carrot Beat Root Thoran
Grind ingredients (3) to (8) together into a rough paste. Add oil in the
pyrex dish and add mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chilly and roast
them for 2 minutes in jet. Take the vessel out and mix the paste of ingredients
(3) to (8) in that. Again heat that for 2 minutes. Now add grated carrot
and grated beat root, stir well, add salt and keeping the vessel open
cook that for 10 minutes in microwave (750 Watts).
