Butter Biscuit Venna Biscuit Ingredients:
(1) Sooji – 1 kg
(2) Butter – 1 kg
(3) Toddy – 100 grams
(4) Sugar – 750 grams
(5) Egg – 2
(6) Salt – 1 pinch
Procedure for cooking Butter Biscuit Venna Biscuit
Mix sooji (wheat rava) with toddy and make a paste. After 2 hours, add
other ingredients also into the paste and mix well. Then press the paste
on a board without much thickness. Cut the biscuits out at the desired
size and shape and bake them without getting charred.
