Burfy South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Burfy Ingredients:
(1) Gram flour – 2 cup
(2) Sugar – 1 cup
(3) Cashew nuts – 30 grams
(4) Dry grapes – 30 grams
(5) Ghee – 1 cup
(6) Elachi powder – ½ tea spoon
Procedure for cooking Burfy
Roast gram flour in ghee. Take sugar in a pan and melt. When the melted
sugar attains one thread consistency, add the roasted gram into that and
stir until it solidifies. Add elachi powder also. Then transfer that into
another vessel which is already wiped with ghee. Spread the mixture in
the vessel and sprinkle cashew nuts and dry grapes at the top. When it
becomes cold, cut into pieces and serve.
