Bread Toast South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Bread Toast Ingredients:
(1) Bread – 4 pieces (less sweet)
(2) Egg – 2
(3) Milk – 150 ml
(4) Pepper powder – ¼ tea spoon
(5) Salt – ¼ tea spoon
(6) Skimmed cheese – 50 grams
Procedure for cooking Bread Toast
Mix all the ingredients except bread together and dip the bread pieces
in that mixture. Spread the pieces on tawa and roast for 7 minutes in
crisp. Flip the bread pieces after 5 minutes while roasting.
