Beat Root Chutney Ingredients:
(1) Beat root – 2
(2) Grated coconut – 1 cup
(3) Dry chilly – 7
(4) Small on ion – 10
(5) Roasted gram – 3 table spoon
(6) Curry leaves – a little
(7) Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure for cooking Beat Root Chutney
Heat oil in a pan and roast small pieces of beat root in that oil. When
half roasted, add chilly and onion and roast all the items together. When
it is roasted well, add grated coconut and curry leaves and again heat
for some time. Then take out of the stove, Add salt and then grind the
mixture. Collect the paste in a small vessel and serve.
